Hip new hotel with accommodating staff at the front desk manager. Spotless and attractive room with a walk-in showers for seniors, and very clean pool. Great decoration in the rooms, magnificent and best possible location. Location just off the auto train and Washington and restaurants.

liked how great the property was and its nice staff at the front desk manager. the hotel has great location really close to the amtrak auto train station, many other shopping areas and attractions, and the 7 11 and burger king. dined at qualia pizza, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

Minutes from a train station, the location was unbeatable. The restaurant was nice for lunch and dinner here, I had hot dishes.

The staff at the front desk were helpful, the room was clean with a comfortable bed, central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television.

bathroom issue resolved quickly. some grout problems in bathtub and curtain was torn.

The location for the auto train was convenient

The bottom fitted sheet was stained and we asked the attendant if we could have them changed and he said that he would get back to us and we waited but did not receive a call back. It was late for us, we got there at 12 mn, He did say he was the only one there and couldn't leave the front desk but didnt offer to change our room. We called back 2 more times the clerk finally answered and asked my husband if he could come to the desk. The clerk gave my husband the key to the linen rm to get his own sheets. there was only flat sheets no fitted. So at 12:30 my husband was going all over the building and returning keys looking for sheet. The bathroom had mildew on tiles and in tub / shower area. i would not stay here again even for the convenience of the auto train, There are other hotels close by with in a few more miles. The next morning we spoke to a different clerk and no response from him. No apology.
